Space Elevator by PrimalAce Space Elevator by PrimalAce
Speedpainting that started as a cloud study yet again. Thought I 'd try making a morning feel so I hope I've got the colours right. Added a space elevator thing for fun ;P

Wow! Amazing work! Love it!

I was wandering if you could let me us this image for an Android game called "Kingdoms of Myth", it's turn based strategy game based on a fantasy World. You can find a little bit more info in this rough website made by my colleges lifeisinfinity.eu5.org/infinit… (Sorry for the bad English). Of course you will have full credits of your work and link to your webpage if you want :) (Smile)

Lot of thanks for your time ;) (Wink)

I adore this picture and am really grateful to be allowed to use it for the cover of my ebook short story about a technician given the impossible task of repairing an aging, malfunctioning space elevator.

I like this! The colours give a very optimistic portrayal of the future.
Landscape looks barren, but i guess you've got your reasons.
The clouds are nice, realistic. And i love space elevators.

Will it solve a lot of environmental problems if there was a space elevator?

I liked the space elevator part. It gives a 1950's pulp sci-fi mag feel. Very retro. :D :+fav:

In fact, I think you could make money off of offering a print of this to Analog sci-fi magazine.

I'd have to redo this so that its size and dpi are larger, but I have thought about selling prints

Cool, cool clouds! The atmosphere, the morning light. Would be a good one even without the sci-fi add on, I think :-)

I might whip a few more like it without fancy scifi elements as they never come out how I want them too. I really like the cloud brush I've made which makes the water colour like effect on this one. Thanks for the comment

I think it could've used a little red (says the color impaired one), but otherwise it looks great, I like the watercolor look for the clouds, and I like the elevator, too (even though its style doesn't really match everything else) :)

Yeah I know it doesn't really fit, it was an experiment in itself though, albeit a failed one ;P The water colour effect happened by accident one of my cloud brushes. Seems its really good at making that effect.
