I made them all individually using photoshop and put them all together. I think I still have each individual picture in my scraps on my userpage, each with a discription of each. Didn't really use any refrences, just tried to stick with a theme of gas giants in different colours and environments. I also tried to make them seem realistic as possible, though the good thing about celestial art is that no one really knows what things could look like out in space. The dual ring planet is a bit odd and would take some serious fluke of physics to come into being mind. Glad you two like it.
